ADVANTAGES

The strength of steel and the resistance of plastic together allow a wide range of applications. High working pressure (up to 8 bar) is not an obstacle in this regard.
The sand filter vertical has a filter bottom with removable filter caps. The lack of pipe construction inside fully utilizes the sand bed and prevents dirt entrapment. Thus, a good result can be achieved with a higher filter speed (and thus higher capacity). A perfect backwash is possible, flushing all the collected dirt from the filter media. The filter is equipped with sufficient manholes for easy inspection or sand change.
The filter kettles have a filter base with removable filter caps. The raised filter bed gives more contact time with the medium and thus the possibility of higher capacities. It is also possible to apply more layers as filter media which increases capacity and/or quality. The boilers are equipped with sufficient manholes for easy inspection or filling changes.
All models, together with appropriate flush valves, can be modularly connected together to form units of any shape and capacity and continuous service. A wide range of connectors and quick connectors of the same make are available for this purpose.

 

COATING

In preparation for coating, the filters are coated with a special layer of zinc phosphate.
This treatment achieves good coating adhesion and protects against rusting through from the inside.
Then the polyester coating is electrostatically applied, both internally and externally to then be oven-hardened. The total process consists of 7 steps and results in a perfect coating with a thickness of about 100 microns.
