SENTINEL® AND SNAP-RING® MONOFILAMENT FILTER BAGS FOR SURFACE FILTRATION

 

SENTINEL™ and SNAP-RING™ monofilament filter bags have a wide range of retention rates. The various materials cover many applications with demanding chemical and thermal properties. These filter bags are designed for surface filtration to stop particles larger than the respective pore size.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Non-distortible monofilament material is woven in a specific pattern with thermally welded junctions for added strength and absolute retention value.
  • All nylon monofilament filter bags with the SENTINEL® ring have a snap collar for secure filtration and no bypass capability.
  • All nylon monofilament fines < 125 μm are manufactured with a twill wrap on the side seam and bottom seam to prevent liquid from passing through the needle holes.
  • The pressure-activated SENTINEL® seal ring provides a flexible, chemical-resistant seal that adapts to any filter housing.
  • We strongly recommend the use of an insertion tool for proper insertion of the filter bag into the filter housing and to ensure proper alignment of the filter bag in the filter basket.
