The HY-FLOW series filter cartridges are designed for deep filtration at large flow rates.
The progressive build-up structure of the media is designed with low fiber density at the filter surface with progressively higher density toward the center. The filter cartridges have a special design with larger inner diameter with more surface area which reduces the differential pressure and makes it possible to use a smaller amount of filter elements in high flow rate applications.
Consequently, the filter housing will also be smaller and the overall investment cost will be lower.
HY-FLOW series filter elements are manufactured with coreless design so they are compressible and provide lower disposable costs. HY-FLOW series filter elements are mounted on a specific permanent 316L SS perforated core to increase differential pressure resistance and facilitate maintenance.
