Filtering cells "CK" type

They are cheap, even strong, filtering cells at medium efficiency, composed of a self extinguishing (F1 class according to DIN 53438) synthetic filtering media, kept by two zinc-plated wire nets (mesh 12x24 mm) and boxed into a 5/1O mm galvanized steel frame.
   
APPLICATIONS They are used for fan-coil, air treatment units, warm air generators, ventilation equipment of machines and as prefilters.
FEATURES The filtration classes of these filters, according to EN 779 standards, are G3 for filters with 23 and 48 mm thickness and G2 for filters having 12 mm thickness. See the table below.
INSTALLATION & SERVICE The CK filters can be installed into C-shaped guides or into holding frames at frontal access. Replace or regenerate the cells once having reached a resistance of 200 Pa. Clean by shaking (in case of rough and dry dust) or by counter current air or by warm water and cleaning agent.

The filters with 12 mm thickness have 10 Pa resistance at 1 m/s air velocity and 17 Pa resistance at 2 m/s air velocity. The limit working temperature is of approx. 90°C.
The CK filtering cells can be supplied with different dimensions and thickness from the standard ones above and with mattresses having different composition (glass fibers, polyurethane foam, etc.) and/or performances.
