Filter media

Applications

Include grinding, EDM, machining, honing, washing, rolling mills.
To control costs and maintain quality, every aspect of the production process needs to be examined.
With fluids used in the production process, specifying the right type of filtration media is essential, both in terms of cost and quality.
Use a material with a wrong filtration level, or of an inferior quality, and the result can be the fluid becoming overly contaminated, or there being an unacceptably high usage of the filter material.

Benefits

Filtermat media department can offer you a custom designed supply package both technically and commercially. Annual contracts, delivery schedules and stock control are just some of the services we can offer.

  • Viscose : traditional product ensuring a longevity and an important flow thanks to its capacity of absorption.
  • Viscose/polyester : recommended for fine filtration, allowing a good compromise between its capacity of absorption and resistance
  • Polyester : damp-proof product resistant to longitudinal and transverse traction, thermally bonded
  • Polypropylene : recommended for the filtration of chemically aggressive products
