Pleated cartridges
AFP series

The AFP series cartridges are classifying pleated elements where filtration occurs on the media surface. The cartridges are manufactured to provide a multi-layer arrangement, using different filter medium in order to offer high flow-rate combined with high dirt holding capacity.

The filter media is available in four different materials :

  • Polypropylene melt-blown
  • Micro-fiberglass/polyester
  • Polypropylene mesh
  • Stainless steel wire mesh

CHARACTERISTICS

  • high filtration area
  • high specific flow rate
  • high dirt load capacity
  • extended service life
  • graded density for excellent particle retention
  • ten removal ratings available
  • rigid polypropylene outer cage for filter media protection
  • biologically inert
  • non-fiber releasing
  • excellent chemical compatibility
  • wide range and fittings configuration

Flow rate for 10" element, liquids other than water multiply delta-P by fluid viscosity in cP
