FiltaPore PES membrane filter cartridges are manufactured with a hydrophilic PES (Polyethersulphone) membrane, specially designed for water filtration.

The production is done in a CLEAN ROOM, class 10.000 (M4) according the cGMP guidelines to assure outstanding quality filter elements.
 
FEATURES
  • highly asymmetric Polyethersulphone membrane for full particle retention
  • upstream and downstream drainage layers in Polyester for better wettability
  • construction materials are chemically and biologically inert according to F.D.A, U.S.P. and E.E.C. Directives
  • 0,1 - 0,2 - 0,45 - 0,65 absolute retention ratings
  • filter area 0,6 m² /10"

BENEFITS

  • sanitization by chemical agents or with hot water at 80°C or in-situ steaming for 20 cumulative hours at 125°C
  • regenerable with NaOH solution at 25°C
